Emily oversees the Walsh team on a daily basis, ensuring key performance indicators (Naps, regular meals, and school pickups) are met. She equips our team with new skills (sharing, picking up and not hitting) and even acts as an in-house mediator for conflicts (such as sharing toys).

Emily also serves the greater Kigali community as a therapist, helping her clients manage a host of mental health needs and equipping couples to improve their marriages. She is a LCSW, having earned her Masters of Social Work from New York University (2011)
